Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Maintain CPR certification and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting emotional well-being.
