Foh Assistant Manager

Le Quartier Baking in Lincoln, NE is looking for one Front of House assistant manager to join our service staff. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, has had previous leadership positions, and is hard-working. This person should be detail oriented and is a positive influence for others around them. They should be able to remain calm in a busy atmosphere. Candidate should be reliable and goal oriented.

Our front of house staff is a team of 14 people who are all welcoming and hard working. They are responsible for great customer service, making sandwiches, serving pastries, making coffees, and cleaning the lobby, etc.

Responsibilities

*Placing product orders *Effectively communicating with team members, head manager, and other departments *Take point and direct staff *Show good leadership, responsibility and positivity *Work with team members *Train new staff

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.

The business began slowly by selling to local restaurants but soon grew with the start of the summer farmers markets and a few local grocery stores.
