Store Manager

Le Quartier Baking - Loveland Shopping Centre in Omaha, NE is looking for a store manager to join our team. We are located on 2501 S 90th Street Suite 116. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

We're looking for a motivated and organized person to help us grow our bakery. You'll work with team supervisors to oversee bakery production and customer service. Maintaining product quality standards and the highest standards in customer experience will create a rewarding environment for you and the whole team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that the operational basics and standards are followed by providing direction and guidance to employees.

Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and bakery menu and its preparation.

Maintains current and accurate documentation as defined by company policies and procedures.

Responsible for achieving targeted financial results

Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire restaurant.

Qualifications

1 years of prior restaurant management experience.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, both written and spoken.

Must possess ability to interact with all levels, work independently, and ability to see projects through implementation.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Must be is self-motivated, results driven, able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment, flexible, willingness to understand the business, and possesses proven organizational and critical thinking skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $26.00/hour.

About LE QUARTIER BAKING: After learning the trade in Montreal and Paris, John Quiring came back to Lincoln, Nebraska to start Le Quartier Baking Company in March 2006. The business began slowly by selling to local restaurants but soon grew with the start of the summer farmers markets and a few local grocery stores. Joined by John’s brother Seth, Le Quartier opened its first retail storefront in late December 2006. In February 2008, Le Quartier opened it’s second retail location.
