We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Food Runners and Bussers.
Job Description:
As a Food Runner and SA at Le Sud, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive excellent service by supporting our servers and chefs. You will be responsible for delivering food to tables promptly, clearing and resetting tables, and helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are accurate and presentation is up to our standards
- Clear tables of dirty dishes and glasses, and reset for the next seating
- Assist with refilling water, bread, and other table essentials as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, bar, and patio areas
- Assist with opening and closing tasks, including setting up and breaking down the dining space
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
