- Strong knowledge of CAD software (Fusion 360, PowerShape) and CAM software (Fusion 360, PowerMill)
- Experience with machine setup and operation (milling, turning, grinding)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Certification in a relevant area (quality control, Six Sigma, etc.)
