- Design and develop tooling and fixtures for production parts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts
- Troubleshoot issues with tooling and machining processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (Fusion 360, PowerShape) and CAM software (Fusion 360, PowerMill)
- Experience with machine setup and operation (milling, turning, grinding)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with programming languages (Python, C , etc.)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, automation, etc.)
