The Data Integration Specialist provides technical rostering consultation for schools and districts across the country that utilize rostering with the i-Ready platform, including some of the company’s largest customers. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing roster data, setting up accounts in a timely manner, and resolving roster support issues. Additional responsibilities include collaborating internally with customer facing rostering teams, as well as on an as needed basis communicating externally with technical contacts, such as Student Information System Administrators and Curriculum Administrators. Communication with customers includes helping explain the technical onboarding process, assisting internal teams in assisting educators in selecting the provisioning method that best meets their needs, and answering all related questions that might arise. Location: This is a hybrid position based in one our offices in Tucson, AZ or Billerica, MA. The impact you'll have: Work closely with teams to roster accounts and ensure data is integrated smoothly into i-Ready. Provide technical troubleshooting when students, staff, classes and/or enrollments are not rostering as expected. Respond to email-based requests to meet a target SLA of 24 hours. Assist in coordination of academic year transitions with districts and integration partners. Monitor nightly syncs to resolve data issues proactively before they are raised by educators. Support Rostering Project Coordinator during meetings with educators to answer questions about rostering solutions including Clever, OneRoster, Easy Rosters and proprietary formats. Participate in a continuous improvement process to identify and deliver new tools, technologies, and processes that transform our service delivery framework. Assist Partner Success Team with export delivery configuration. Successfully manage the high-volume workload experienced during our back-to-school season. Keep internal tracking systems up to date, including account and request notations to ensure clear internal communications. Who we're looking for: Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of experience in customer service role (ideally with EdTech rostering solutions) Excellent customer service skills Strong listening and communication skills (verbal and written) A keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills Strong case-management and Microsoft Excel skills Able to work independently, with some direction and collaboratively, in a team environment Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined professional with the ability to multitask based on deadlines A team player who is excited to work productively and cooperatively with a wide range of people and disciplines Ability to provide sound technical advice on how to best diagnose and solve customer issues Capable of explaining basic technical rostering setup processes to a non-technical audience Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to develop creative solutions in a dynamic, high-volume environment Demonstrate integrity, ethical standards, and a professional demeanor Able to handle ambiguity and favorably navigate through stressful situations and pressing deadlines Adept at proactively identifying incremental improvements to implementation initiatives, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity Pay Range: This role’s range is $43,375 - 77,750 . The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
