We are looking for a talented individual…

To serve as Senior Business Analyst in Professional Services group. You will partner with a project manager, a solutions architect, developers, testers, and other key stakeholders to identify clients’ business needs and gather user requirements. Then, you’d lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable products and services. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products and services that change the way people use energy!

In this role, you will…

• Elicit, define, and document configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems to give guidance to the delivery team execute their development tasks
• Assess business process and system gaps
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner – verbally and in writing.  Understand and execute multiple communication styles to address different audiences – clients, executives, technical staff.
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements into user stories, including acceptance criteria to be used as validation for success.
• Help implement best practices for business analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement and configure the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.

For this opportunity, you’ll have…

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst or Enterprise Business Application Analyst for CRM managed/custom solutions (e.g. Salesforce)
• A degree in IT / Computer Science
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Strong analysis skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, basic task management (i.e. Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology

Nice if you have…

• Experience with cloud services, including Amazon Web Services or Azure
• Knowledge of ETL processes, & Power BI
• Knowledge of Magento or other e-commerce platform technology
• Knowledge of Drupal or other content management system technology
