JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS *Up to $10,000 sign on bonus Type: Full-time, 72 hours per 2 week pay period Typical hours: 1800-0630 (3 days per week), 2 out of 6 Holidays per year, and 2 out of 6 weekends per year. MT Education: -Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related science required. -If degree is in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science, must be certified as a MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP) or CLS(NCA) within 12 months of hire. Failure to be certified within 12 months of hire will result in being moved into a Non-certified MT position. -If degree is in Biology, Chemistry, or other related science, must be certified as a MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP) or CLS(NCA) at time of hire. Certifications & Licensures: -N/A Experience: -N/A OR MLT Education: Must meet one of the following: 1. Associates degree from a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory technician program and certification as a MLT(ASCP) within 12 months of hire. 2. Associates degree and at least 60 semester hours from an accredited university including biology and chemistry and 5 years full time acceptable clinical laboratory experience and certification as an MLT(ASCP), ISCLT or HEW . 3. Successful completion of accredited Medical Laboratory technician program and three years of acceptable clinical laboratory experience and certification as an MLT(ASCP), ISCLT or HEW.
