JOB SUMMARY Proactively works to effectively manage the schedule of all specialty clinic providers to optimize conversion to surgery, patient throughput, template utilization, while reducing no-shows. Uses clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to increase efficiency, anticipate schedule gaps and works to minimize gaps in all provider schedules. Acts as a liaison between scheduling staff, providers and other departmental staff to address complex concerns, shared decision making and decreasing redundancies.
