Summary:
The Citi Field Tours Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the execution of non-gameday public & private tours, gameday tours, proposal and gender reveal packages, photo shoot packages, educational tours, virtual tours and more. The Coordinator will work directly with the Tour Account Executive to fully staff and execute all booked Citi Field Tours. The Coordinator will assist with marketing efforts for the Citi Field Tours Program and is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, updating and maintaining account records, assisting in the day-to-day operation and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for, but not limited to, the operations of Citi Field Tours & Specialty Packages to both private groups and the general public
Assist in content creation to be used for marketing materials on various platforms
Assist in all day-to-day operations
Assist with scheduling of tour staff
Assist with training and hiring process of tour guides
Update and oversee Citi Field Tours calendar
Provide a superior level of customer service to all Citi Field Tours patrons
Continually follow up pre and post event to ensure group leader’s event was well executed and group had excellent experience at Citi Field.
Provide accurate and reliable information for all booked sales
Send out entry and parking information to all booked sales
Maintain client tracker and credential list for game day experiences
Continually create and implement unique ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
Contribute positively to the Citi Field Tours team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
Expected to work some extended and non-traditional hours (i.e. games and tour dates) necessary to achieve personal and department goals
Other duties and responsibilities as deemed by necessary by Director, Public Event Sales & Strategy
Qualifications:
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with energy and enthusiasm
• Must show strong teamwork and relationship building skills
• Must show innovation, initiative, autonomy and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while being proactive and flexible in the face of change and last-minute requirements
• Must be professional and mature
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as the ability to learn and master new software programs including the Triple Seat and ticketing systems (Microsoft CRM and Tickets.com ProVenue)

Salary Range: $43,500 - $58,117
