Job Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate…
To join our team as a Energy Efficiency Co-op. As an Energy Efficiency Co-op you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. In this role you will apply the house as-a-system approach to support households across the province achieve improved comfort and home efficiency. This Co-op is for 8 months starting April 28, 2025.

Must be located in British Columbia to be considered.

What we need help with

• Supporting on application administration, including but not limited to: intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment processes.

• Preparing information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.

• Addressing program client enquires and customer service calls.

• Assist with analyzing program metrics related to application administration, i.e. volume of projects, associated energy savings, trends, etc.

• Identifying process optimization and improvements.

Exciting candidates have…

• Active 3rd or 4th year enrollment of post-secondary education in Sustainability, Environment, Science, Business or Engineering degree.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).

• Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
