Job Description Summary: The purpose of this position is to ensure the E-commerce department is maintaining optimal inventory levels for the processing of E-commerce orders. This position is responsible for managing inventory levels and supervising candy pull dates, overseeing cycle counts and analyzing data, coordinating with other Product Support departments on inventory needs and discrepancies, and assuring superior customer service. The pay range for this position is expected to be $110k-$125k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Running and analyzing data from departmental reports to determine daily inventory needs for fulfilling orders and anticipating inventory shortages. Managing of Inventory Control Specialist(s); including but not limited to cycle counting, auditing, monthly inventory reports and adjustments. Working knowledge of See’s Candies systems; including but not limited to Ross ERP, Crystal Reports, Warehouse Librarian, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Development, implementation, and maintenance of Scalable Allocation Planning. Development, implementation, and maintenance of Slotting to optimize Picking Operations. Control ordering of Product to Ecommerce Fulfillment Warehouse while considering Forecast and Product availability. Work with cross functional teams and lead cross functional meetings to review issues, status and areas of opportunity in reducing stock outs and shipping delays caused by product availability issues. Manage product availability on customer-facing E-commerce website. Development, implementation, and maintenance of Quantitative Reporting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's of Science or equivalent work experience, minimum 3-5 years. Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to type 50-60 wpm. Background in warehousing or direct to consumer order fulfillment. Ability to walk, stand, sit, and bend frequently. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and Holidays. Excellent management and communication skills, with a proven ability to provide leadership, motivation, and supervision to employees at all levels. op and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
