Job Summary:
The Manager of Engineering will be responsible for conducting system evaluations, collaborating with the engineering team to optimize network efficiency, and planning for future upgrades to meet growing demands.
Key Requirements:
You will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Relevant experience with an electrical utility organization.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in trigonometry, calculus, algebra, and analytic geometry.
- Familiarity with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories or similar equipment (preferred).
- A valid New Mexico driver's license and willingness to comply with drug testing requirements.
- Knowledge of NERC and FERC regulations, with experience in SPP being a plus.
