- Provide first-line maintenance services, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of ITM/ATM equipment.
- Monitor machine performance using automated programs and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Assist with cash replenishment and deposit processing daily, ensuring accurate cash balances and minimal downtime.
- Communicate effectively with merchant tellers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
