Summary
Provides administrative support for senior officers of the bank, primarily in the area of providing customer service to the bank's commercial loan customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
30%-Customer Service. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly professional manner. Assist others with phone coverage in the lobby as needed. Cross-sell bank services. Notarize documents and provide other customer service related activities primarily for the customers of the bank's senior lending officers, such as, accepting loan payments, preparing wire transfer request documentation and preparing various general ledger tickets.
40%-Prepare loan credit authorizations with complete information reviewing client information for accuracy. Preparation of loan documentation, closing loans with bank customers or arranging for title company closings, filing documents, as necessary, to perfect bank collateral positions, and sending completed loans packages to loan operations for booking. Monitor and clearing of loan collateral and documentation technical exceptions.
20%-Administrative Duties. Act as: Secretary to the Director's Loan and Discount Committee; Secretary to the Senior Officers' Loan Committee; Secretary to the bank's Management Committee; Administrator of the bank's Medallion STAMP program; and provides administrative support to the bank's CRA Officer.
10%-Other duties. Review weekly loan coming due list and initiate credit authorizations as necessary. Maintain and organize credit files, both hard and image files. Schedule meetings and appointments for officers and handle incoming and outgoing mail. Prepares weekly time report for cost center #01 and maintain department's vacation schedule on the Outlook
