Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
25% Provide prompt and efficient customer service. Respond to customer inquiries in person, by letter, e-mail or phone.
40% Prepare Standard Reports for loans and leases; process loan documentation for approved new, renewed or modified loans. Demonstrate some working knowledge of the documentation requirements for all routine consumer and noncomplex commercial loan types. Close loan, disburse funds, maintain loan document files and send collateral documents for booking.
20% Prepare correspondence, clear documentation exceptions, mail payment notices, open mail and prepare ledger tickets. Perform clerical functions such as photocopying, obtaining files, obtaining cashier's checks, ordering department supplies and other duties as assigned.
15% Schedule meetings and appointments. Complete or oversee completion of reconciliation / certification of bank-controlled accounts for insurance proceeds. Complete other reports and tasks as assigned by management.
