Lawn Care Crew Member

Position Overview: Lea's Lawn Care LLC is looking for a dedicated and versatile Lawn Care & Snow Removal Specialist to join our team. This role includes both regular lawn care and seasonal snow removal and ice control duties. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hard-working, and comfortable working in various weather conditions throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Lawn Care (Spring to Fall): FULL-TIME 40 HOURS A WEEK
• Mow, edge, trim, and blow grass and debris for residential and commercial clients.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn treatments as needed.
• Perform lawn aeration, seeding, and other related tasks.
• Maintain and repair lawn care equipment to ensure it is safe and functional.
• Assist with additional services such as mulching, weed control, and leaf removal.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and any issues noted during visits.
• Snow Removal & Ice Control (Winter Months): PART-TIME AS NEEDED
• Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and parking lots for residential and commercial properties.
• Apply ice melt or other de-icing products to prevent ice buildup.
• Ensure snow removal equipment is in working condition and perform regular maintenance.
• Monitor weather conditions and be available for snow removal on short notice as needed.
• Work efficiently to complete snow removal and ice control tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained during snow removal and ice control operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required.
• Experience with snow plowing and ice control is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Ability to operate lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) and snow removal equipment (snow plows, salt spreaders).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
