Role and Responsibilities
The successful Business Development Representative candidate is the first point in the Sales process for our customers.
Business Development Representative:
- Follow the direction of the BDC Manager & Sales Management Team.
- Create good public relations consistant with effective use of time lines.
- Obtain new customers and raise CSI/SSI per company target
- Regulary update and refine customer data to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrate a consistantly positive and engaging demeanor during phone interactions.
- Proficient in managing heavy phone contact while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Invested in driving our dealership's success and achieving its goals.
- Embraces change with a positive and proactive attitude.
Qualification and skills:
- Valid and clean Driver’s record for the past two years.
- Time-management skills. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Productive. Sale-oriented.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
- Ability to work in a Process Driven Work Environment.
- Proficient in navigating and managing multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Fast and effective in aquiring new skills.
