Role and Responsibilities

The successful Business Development Representative candidate is the first point in the Sales process for our customers. 

 Business Development Representative:

  • Follow the direction of the BDC Manager & Sales Management Team.
  • Create good public relations consistant with effective use of time lines.
  • Obtain new customers and raise CSI/SSI per company target
  • Regulary update and refine customer data to ensure quality and accuracy. 
  • Demonstrate a consistantly positive and engaging demeanor during phone interactions.  
  • Proficient in managing heavy phone contact while maintaining excellent customer service. 
  • Invested in driving our dealership's success and achieving its goals. 
  • Embraces change with a positive and proactive attitude. 

 Qualification and skills:

  • Valid and clean Driver’s record for the past two years.
  • Time-management skills. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Productive. Sale-oriented.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
  • Ability to work in a Process Driven Work Environment.
  • Proficient in navigating and managing multiple software applications simultaneously. 
  • Fast and effective in aquiring new skills.
