Role and Responsibilities
· Develop enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
· Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and genuinely listening to their responses and needs.
· Continue to develop product awareness to know the Ins and outs of all new vehicles to expertly assist customers.
· Perform high quality and professional demonstrations of new & used inventory.
· Overcome objections to thrive in sales situations resulting in closing sales.
· Follow up with clientele to ensure a successful referral business.
· Conducts the Vehicle Delivery to GM Standards.
· Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews & analysis.
· Exhibit a professional Leachman sales image by wearing Leachman Polo & Business Slacks.
· Bring your “A-game” and positive attitude to work with you every single day.
· Completes all required training courses
Qualification and skills
· Customer service oriented. Time-management skills. Teamwork. Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills. Computer skills. Sales driven.
· Valid and clean Driver's record for the past two years.
· Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
