A well-established insurance and financial planning firm is seeking a personable and organized client service associate who can interact with clients and has an eye for details. They are a boutique financial planning firm who serve high net worth individuals, business owners, and professionals. Their office places a premium on teamwork and delivery of exceptional client service. The Client Service Associate supports the Advisor in all aspects of the business. If you are analytical, a self-starter who puts a premium on accuracy, follows-up on details, you would be a fit for this role. Initiative, quality and loyalty will be rewarded.
Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Mailings
Client reception and service
Managing calendars and appointments
Tracking logs
Licensing
Filing
Phone Coverage
Prepare monthly reports for management review
Keep client information updated accurately on our internal database
Other general administrative duties, as assigned
Required Skills : Degree required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and typing
Superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and think ahead
Must be highly communicative, organized, friendly, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
Strong ethical standards in working with confidential client information
