Our client, a Financial Advisor in Indianapolis, is seeking an Associate Advisor to serve as a “right hand” person in the practice.
The role of an Associate Advisor involves owning the client experience, service and operations for the practice. The ideal candidate should have a passion for financial planning, highly organized and client service oriented.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Ensure that all case preparation is done in a first class and timely manner for both new clients and for annual review updates.
- Own the client experience and operations of the practice including:
- investment onboarding
- insurance onboarding
- client service requests
- Plan and recommendation creation
- The Associate Advisor will work with a centralized planning team to ensure other tasks are completed as necessary.
- Be the primary point of contact for triaging questions and other touchpoints for clients. They must keep confidential and accurate records in the CRM system.
- Potentially, be present in client meetings with the Senior Advisor to take notes, add value and build the relationship with the client.
- The Associate Advisor could potentially be responsible for relationship management for a certain segment of clients over time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of financial planning experience or client service/operations experience
- Life and Health Insurance License (or obtain within first three months
- Series 7 and 66 (or must obtain in 6 months)
Location: 3 days in office, 2 remote AFTER training period.
Salary: $45,000- $65,000
