Client Service Associate
Our client, a wealth management practice in Kennett Square, is hiring a Client Service Associate to work closely with the advisors and their clients. The right candidate should have an interest in the financial planning profession, high detail orientation and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Client Onboarding & Client Service
- Assist clients with a first-class onboarding experience
- Process client service request (e.g. address changes, beneficiary changes etc.)
- Follows-up to ensure all client service is completed and tasks are reviewed
- Coordinate client information in the CRM system
- Execute on trade and investment instructions from advisors and other senior team members.
- Gather, organize, and manage client information and paperwork, and planning documentation.
Other:
- Triage emails and manage the inbox
- Manage Advisor’s calendar
- Manage the CRM system
- Set and confirm client appointments
- Ad hoc projects and other operational work
Qualifications:
- Experience as an administrative professional or client service associate
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must be highly communicative, organized, friendly, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethical standards in working with confidential client information
Location: 5x a week in Kennett Square office
Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
