We are looking for an experienced People Analytics Lead to help build a stellar data and insights function supporting our dynamic workforce. You'll craft our people analytics strategy from the ground up, serving as an expert advisor to leadership on all things talent data. Responsibilities :
- Build our people analytics program, developing interactive dashboards, automated reporting and visualizations to track key HR and workforce metrics for department leaders.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR, talent, and workforce data to uncover insights and trends related to headcount, diversity & inclusion, employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, retention, etc.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis, making recommendations to optimize talent acquisition, development, retention, employee experience, and workforce planning.
- Clearly communicate key takeaways from people analytics reports to inform leadership's strategic decision-making around talent.
- Train HR colleagues, people managers, and employees on how to leverage HR data and analytics to optimize talent practices.
- Stay current on latest trends in HR analytics, workforce planning, and people analytics technology to ensure our organization stays at the forefront.

Location-based hybrid policy : Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits
Anthropic’s compensation package consists of three elements : salary, equity, and benefits. We are committed to pay fairness and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates.
Equity - On top of this position's salary (listed above), equity will be a major component of the total compensation. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size, and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
