We are a fast growing and leading national industrial skilled trades recruiting firm.

Qualifications:
- At least three (2) years' experience as a Construction Foreman
- Knowledge of commonly used form systems
- Authorized to work in the US
- lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs, 75% of the time
- Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours
- Punctuality and promptness are required every day
- Respectful, trusting, inclusive, and collaborative working environment
- Bilingual referred ( English and Spanish speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of laborers that will provide a safe/organized working environment and clean jobsite
- Manage Laborers, including time
- Move materials
- Heavy Equipment Operation
- Carpentry as needed
- Picking up trash and debris and adapting to meet individual needs of each situation
- 40-hour work week ( 6 - 7 days a week)
- Must be able to work outside in a weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs
- OSHA 10, 30 preferred
