As we enter our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to take charge of outbound efforts, close high-impact deals, and pave the way toward leading Revenue Operations.

What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and nurture strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with our internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
- Develop and refine outbound sales strategies to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Lay the groundwork for a scalable Revenue Operations function and prepare to take the lead in shaping it.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- A proven closer with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hungry, ambitious, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic thinker excited to build systems, not just follow them.
- Bonus: Experience at a startup or building/optimizing RevOps functions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
