Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive security dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management, assisting with various functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce management processes.
Qualifications:
- NYS Security License
- GED or High School Diploma
- MUST have prior Security Dispatch experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities :
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Offer friendly service to visitors.
- Managing incoming calls and outbound call inquiries.
- Communicate with management regarding Daily and weekly scheduling concerns, breaches, and incidents.
- Monitor and prevent any overtime unless authorized by management.
- Ability to handle security-related calls and inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
