Bilingual Construction Field Coordinator
Location: Richardson, TX (and surrounding areas)

What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Construction Field Coordinator, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our construction projects. Your role will involve:
- Managing relationships with subcontractors on site, ensuring everyone works efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Assisting with permits and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
- Operating heavy equipment, including Lull (all-terrain forklift) and other machinery.
- Carpentry work as needed, utilizing your proven hands-on expertise.
- Moving materials, managing logistics, and ensuring the site is organized.
- Maintaining a clean and safe site by picking up trash and debris and adapting to the needs of each situation.
- Working in an OSHA-compliant environment, adhering to safety guidelines to ensure everyone’s well-being.
- Working in diverse weather conditions while staying productive and focused.
- Collaborating with a respectful, inclusive, and trustworthy team—punctuality and reliability are key!
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Carpentry Experience – Solid, hands-on carpentry skills are essential.
- Leadership Experience – Ability to manage and direct construction teams on-site with confidence.
- Bilingual Skills – Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
- Lull Operator – Experience with Lull (all-terrain forklift) and other heavy equipment is a big plus.
- OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred) – Strong knowledge of safety protocols.
- Physical Stamina – Able to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs regularly (75% of the time).
- Construction Knowledge – Familiar with commonly used form systems and construction processes.
- Availability – Flexible with working hours (M-F, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with the possibility of nights and Saturdays when needed.
- Work Ethic – Strong punctuality and the ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Authorized to Work in the U.S. – Must be legally authorized to work.
