Job Title : Director of Hospital Facilities

Location : Naples, FL

Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000

Bonus Potential : 10% of annual salary

Reports to : Market COO

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Hospital Facilities to oversee the operations of our Pine Ridge hospital campus. This exempt position requires a strong background in acute care hospital management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct and manage the facilities department, ensuring the effective functioning of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire / life safety, and elevators.
Oversee the maintenance of hospital buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
Manage contractors for facility renovation projects, including HVAC and electrical systems, as well as production floor arrangements.
Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish departmental goals.
Lead and direct the work of facilities staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care Facilities and Environment of Care Standards.
Preferred experience in Emergency Management.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

7-10 years of experience in facilities management, specifically within an acute care hospital setting.

Certification as a Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or equivalent preferred.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
