Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound qualifying calls to identify viable Prospects.
- Generate and quality Prospect clients via pre-established pipelines, and targeted research.
- Coordinate potential meetings between the Outside Sales Team and decision makers from qualified Prospects
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to discuss potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured sales process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
