1stShift (6 : 00am-2 : 30pm)
Lead Marine has immediate openings forAdmin Support positionsfor the Shipyard Industry here inNorfolk.Pay is dependent on skills and capability.The individual will be working in our timekeeping department, which supports our payroll department. We work most holidays (all that fall on Monday) and half day on Saturdays.Qualified candidates please apply now!
Responsibilities :
- Interface with other managers, customers, organizations, and coordinating meetings & schedules
- Prepare various correspondence including reports, and spreadsheets as required
- May act as reporting secretary for meetings as required
- Preparation of correspondence, maintaining files, ordering office / shop supplies
- Screen and transfer phone calls
- Review and process employeetimecards
- Receive and file paperwork for incoming material, maintain files and make copies for appropriate distribution
