1stShift (6:00am-2:30pm)
Lead Marine is currently looking to hire Sheetmetal Installers & Fabricators for the Shipyard Industry here in San Diego. This Sheetmetal job will be workingon Naval Bases & Shipyardsfrom 6:00am to 2:30pm and overtime as needed. DBIDs badge in hand is a plus. Qualified candidates please apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Rip out old sheet metal such as bunks, tables, benches.
- Repair and install sheet metal ventilation systems, etc.
- Work with apprentice and helpers to install new sheet metal parts.
- Make sure work site and areas are clean of construction debris.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of construction, sheet metal or shipyard experience.
- Must be willing and able to work as a team.
- Candidates will be required to getNaval Base Clearance
- Must have knowledge of the various types of metals and sizes.
- Must have basic tools of the sheet metal trade.
