Based on your work ethic, development and dedication to your role, with support from your local branch and job-site leadership, you will develop and strengthen your skill sets

We are seeking WAF Coordinatorto become part of our team!

Your responsibilities will include :

Reviews and ensures all submitted work authorization forms are correct and accurate.

Communicateswith craft managers and ship supervisors.

Maintains daily logs and provides copies to the ship forces and repair departments.

Ensures all repair and activities follow guidelines and that the safety of personnel and equipment are maintained.

Ensures all permits and lockout tagout (LOTO) are completed and accurate at all times.

Requirements for this role include :

Candidates must be able to work independently.

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a shipyard or prior Navy.

Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.

Must have good working knowledge of shipboard operating systems
