LEAD Technicalis currently looking foraWelder/Fabricatorforour manufacturingclient in theCocoaarea.In this role, youwill workworks from customer drawingtofabricate and weld components to produce products.This is aCONTRACT-TO-HIRErole that is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Check and verify part numbers prior to assembly of product to customer specifications
- Using MIG, weldcomponents together according to blueprints and drawings.
- Inspect completed work relative to finish quality standards
- Learn operations of multiple jigs/fixtures within a job area and must be able to regularly rotate jobs to meet schedules
- Operate grinder, drill, band saw, torch, and crane as assigned
- Work within quality standards
- Notify supervisor of part shortages before the part runs out
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 Year of experienceMIG welding
- Read and Understand blueprints and CAD Drawings
- Read tape measure, operate power tools such as saw, drill press, and grinders
- Fabrication experience REQUIRED
Salary : $18 - $23
