Duties
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in daily living activities such as Personal Hygiene Cooking , and Budgeting
- Implement Behavior Management Strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Work collaboratively with clients who have autism and other developmental disabilities to enhance their Social Skills and Communication
- Develop personalized training plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual, including Self-Sufficiency and Emotional Regulation
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and collect research data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide support in childcare settings when necessary, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children involved.
