Lead with Equity is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to scale and operationalize our business in 2025.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure consistency in client engagement workflows, proactively manage workload, and develop backend processes to improve operational efficiency. The position will not involve direct client communication, but will focus on project management and administrative support to the Co-Founder and CEO to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.

We are currently working on building up our clientele and our offerings, all focused on helping people become more effective, inclusive, and equitable leaders. The company has two founders and a handful of contractors who we work with on a project basis. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Co-Founder/CEO. Depending on skills and interest, there is room to grow and expand their role as the company grows.
The Operations Manager will start with 5-10 hours/week, and will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee and streamline the back-end client experience journey, ensuring consistency in client interactions, proposal follow-ups, and engagement timelines.
- Act as a project manager, tracking key client touchpoints, managing templates, and ensuring deliverables such as training materials, participant guides, and feedback forms completed on schedule, working with the Co-Founder/CEO.
- Create and maintain structured documentation including a handbook outlining best practices, client engagement workflows, and standardized follow-up processes to improve efficiency.
- Regularly review and anticipate upcoming client needs, providing reminders and organizing tasks for the lead facilitator and Co-Founder/CEO
- Support long-term strategy by identifying opportunities for improving client retention, developing case studies from past engagements, and ensuring a structured follow-up process for feedback and marketing purposes.
