Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
Join our team as an Operations and Recruiting Manager. LEAD is a top staffing company in the marine, construction and industrial industry, and we're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Staff Development: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires, particularly for government-oriented roles. Mentor and train new recruiters, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely review of resumes and efficient processing of candidates. Directly recruit as necessary to meet order deadlines.
- Client and Sales Coordination: Collaborate with clients, sales, and onboarding teams to fulfill staffing orders and ensure efficient operations. Attend customer staffing and safety meetings to ensure compliance with specific hiring and safety requirements.
- Job Order Management: Review incoming orders with the sales team and create job orders in our applicant tracking system.
- Job Posting: Ensure all job postings are promptly posted on various job search platforms for maximum visibility.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of stable work history in a major staffing company, with a focus on marine operations.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in a hands-on recruiting role that evolved into a managerial position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for decision-making and process improvements.
- Security Clearance: Ability to qualify for a Facility Badge and DBIDS (Federal Background Check, zero felonies).
- Language Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as required.
