Job Title: Internal Marketing & Operations Consultant

Part-Time (Approximately 15 hours per week)

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

LeadCoverage is seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Internal Marketing & Operations Consultant to play a crucial role in elevating our agency's presence in the marketplace, fostering thought leadership, and driving lead generation. This position will be instrumental in promoting our expertise to both current customers and prospective clients, ultimately contributing to the agency's growth and success. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the organization 


Key Responsibilities:

As the Internal Marketing & Operations Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks focused on enhancing our internal marketing initiatives and operational efficiency.


These include:

  • Driving Agency Promotion: Developing and executing internal marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement among customers and prospects. This includes leveraging various channels such as email marketing and social media.
  • Thought Leadership Development: Contributing to the development and dissemination of thought leadership content to position the agency as an industry leader.
  • Lead Generation Support: Implementing initiatives to generate buzz and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Rev Engine Workbook Development: Contributing to the development and maintenance of the agency's revenue engine workbook.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Writing compelling marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, website content, and press releases. Strong writing and editing skills are essential.
  • Workshop Tour Promotion: Managing promotional activities for workshop tours, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and registration process management.
  • Trade Show Promotion: Supporting the agency's presence at trade shows by managing promotional activities to drive awareness of our participation and Kara's attendance.
  • Email Marketing Management: Managing the email marketing calendar, developing and deploying email campaigns, and managing the monthly newsletter.
  • Social Media Support: Supporting Kara's social media presence by brainstorming content ideas and providing administrative support.
  • Internal Resource Coordination: Collaborating effectively with internal teams (content, design, campaign execution) to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Internal Operations Support: Contributing to internal operational tasks related to marketing and outreach.
  • Reporting & Communication: Meeting bi-weekly with Kara to present a deck outlining the health of the company from a marketing perspective.
  • Website Management: Performing updates and adding new content to the agency's website and potentially the book website.
  • Partnership Coordination: Assisting with the coordination of activities with partners, including speaking engagements and industry associations like TMSA.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilizing and potentially exploring the use of relevant technologies such as chatbots, AI tools, HubSpot, Asana, Google Analytics, and Canva to enhance marketing efforts.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

  • Writing and scheduling social media posts.
  • Drafting and deploying email campaigns for upcoming workshops or events.
  • Updating content on the agency website.
  • Coordinating with the design team on visual assets for marketing materials.
  • Scheduling and attending internal marketing team meetings.
  • Researching industry trends and potential thought leadership topics.
  • Managing the email marketing calendar and scheduling newsletter content.
  • Preparing reports on the performance of recent marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorming content ideas for Kara's social media.
  • Drafting press releases for agency announcements.
  • Communicating with partners regarding joint marketing initiatives.
  • Utilizing Asana to manage tasks and project timelines.
  • Analyzing website traffic using Google Analytics.
  • Creating visually appealing content using Canva.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in internal marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).   
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of website content management systems.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.


Salary : $85 - $90
