Position: Lead Service Line Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec
- Works with the Facility Operations Manager on WWT and Powerhouse equipment
- May be required to respond to WWT and Powerhouse Emergency Calls
- Lead maintenance team, schedule work and follow up when completed.
- Maintain applicable personal tool requirements at all time
- Materials, parts and supply ordering as needed following JIT and Lean principles
- Materials supplies and tool preparation for daily work tasks
- Trouble shooting, repair and diagnosis of facility assets
- Preventative maintenance of equipment or machinery
- Corrective maintenance of equipment or machinery
- Cleanup of work or service area following work activity
- Materials, parts and supply disposal and 5's following work activity
- Communication and documentation of complete and incomplete activity per established Leadec or customer process
- Shift reports and meetings. Lead maintenance technicians in daily work.
- Ensures that all facility and assets are maintained. Examples: cooling towers, roof building and ground, snow removal, boilers, fence, guardrails, perimeter lighting, alarm systems. Fire system, Generators and so on.
- Lead on daily maintenance activities.

- Have knowledge of reliability maintenance technologies, proactive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Be capable of guiding and instructing the maintenance team with preparation and set up equipment for production after repair.
- Ability to lead a team of Union skilled trades to ensure P.M. and corrective work is completed on time

- Provide support for emergency or unplanned repairs of facility equipment.
- Follow electrical Safety Work Practices as outlined by NFPA 70 E
- Troubleshoot basic to complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Must show ability to get to the root cause and make and implement recommendations to improve reliability.
- Actively participates in team meetings.
- Ability to trouble shoot VFD and familiar with PLC systems.
- Ability to build and direct a Union maintenance team.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- Valid driver's license required for certain positions
- Applicable Skill and Knowledge competency level demonstrated through certificate or testing required
- Previous experience with Controls, PLC and Electrical system installation is a plus
- Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, follow EPA and NFPA rules and Building codes.
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- 3-5 yr. prior Maintenance Supervision.
