Position : Maintenance Manager

Department : Maintenance
Position Purpose : Manage Maintenance Team of the facility as outlined within the scope of work while supporting the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Demonstrate the values and business principles of Leadec and leadership
Work with the Facility Operations Manager and BOSK KY site team
Required to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, direct team for daily activities (including special projects, preventative maintenance, etc.)
Lead maintenance team, schedule work and communicate status of projects to completion with stakeholders
Identify spare parts lists and manage inventory according to site requirements
Troubleshooting, repair and diagnosis of facility assets
Preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery
Corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery
Materials, parts and supply disposal / 5S following work activity
Lead daily maintenance activities
Build relationships with onsite BOSK KY partners, contractors, vendors, subcontractors and leadership
Deal with ambiguity and demonstrate flexibility with arising customer needs
Attend and actively participate in Daily Wrap Up and End of Shift report

Knowledgeable with CMMS Maintenance system platform
Demonstrate sound practices and methodical execution for tasks
Reliability maintenance technologies, proactive and predictive maintenance practices
Communicate and work well with others
Strong industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
Follow electrical Safety Work Practices as outlined by NFPA 70 E
Position Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent GED required
Valid driver's license required
Applicable Skill and Knowledge competency level demonstrated through certificate or testing required
Previous experience with Controls, PLC and Electrical system installation is a plus
Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, follow EPA and NFPA rules and building codes
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
3-5 yr. prior Maintenance Supervision

Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4 -12 hours

Work is performed in an office and industrial-manufacturing environment with necessary time spent working on a computer or desk
