The Person
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business strategy or management consulting. Experience with IT strategy, tech strategy, digital transformation, agile working etc.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields; a graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- People Management: Proven ability to manage large teams and complex workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- Location: Has to be located within the Pacific time zone
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a particular focus on C-level interactions and the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
- Work Status: Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large teams in analysing organizational capabilities, evaluating improvement opportunities, and developing implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, data collection, and analysis.
- Develop client presentations and communicate actionable recommendations.
- Provide guidance and structure to team members in dynamic and ambiguous contexts.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by developing new methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property.

Salary : $160,000 - $225,000
