Responsibilities
- Maintains a high level of understanding of all Retail products and services provided by the Bank.
- Maintains a high level of understanding of HELOC and Mortgages Retail Promotions.
- Performs all banking transactions, including opening accounts (checking & savings deposits), transfers, change of information maintenance, wires, debit card and check orders, travel declaration etc., in accordance with Bank policy.
- Be organized and keep track of Account’s opening and ACH forms.
- Understands, views and opens online application daily from Andera website.
- Answers emails in an efficient and timely manner.
- Following up and establish a relationship with clients by following New Account Clients Onboarding report.
- Sells and refers Bank products and services within the guidelines established by the Bank.
- Meets customer needs through problem solving techniques as required.
- Understands and adheres to security and compliance policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all personnel.
- Comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act responsibilities include adhering to the Customer Identification Program (CIP) Policy, reporting suspicious activity to your manager, and performing Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) checks.
- Participates in community projects and organizations as requested. Demonstrates a willingness to accept added duties and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years retail banking experience or retail sales and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of applications and websites used by the bank. (Navigator, Web director, Andera, BPM, Hartland Clark, “EFT’’ Client Center, SharePoint.
- Excel, PDF, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, DocuSign.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail.
- Be proactive, work independently and take action right away when its needed.
- This job requires work onsite and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer equipment to complete the daily tasks.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk/hear (e.g., communicate or express oneself while exchanging information). This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files at least 25 pounds, open filing cabinets, bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
