Leader Bank is seeking highly qualified individual who has an existing client base of high-net-worth private banking clients and enjoys acquiring and providing a full complement of services to well qualified clients.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for developing private client relationships, including generation of residential mortgages, other credit facilities, and deposits.
- The individual will acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve financial objectives.
- The successful candidate must also be highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners.
- Educate and present prospects, clients and partners on the benefits offered.
- Provide concierge service experience to clients, including but not limited to; responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance and develop personalized banking solutions for high-net worth clients and business partners.
- Meet with clients and business partners in-person, virtually and through other networking opportunities, groups, events, etc. to build relationships and grow business.
- Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources.
- Must work well individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities to help promote the brand.
