Position Summary
Position is responsible for the analysis, development, and tracking of pricing strategies. Must possess analytical skill, strong attention to detail, ability to review contracts and develop pricing strategies, ability to manage and meet deadlines and schedules. Experience with federal government contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategies for projects, to include labor, parts, and all other associated recurring costs
- Develop price/cost proposals based upon detailed analysis of solicitation/bid packages
- Provide and maintain pricing trend analysis and reports
- Support contracts administration duties that are cost-related, to include invoicing, ROMs, and modifications
- Support the accounts receivable collection function
- Meet all assigned schedules and due dates
- Follow all processes and provide all assigned deliverables/products
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred and three years related experience
- Minimum is high school and at least seven years of related experience
- Experience with multiple US Government contract types (FFP / T&M / Cost Plus / IDIQs), as well as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Skill & Certification Requirements
- Experience developing pricing models and price/cost proposals for services and commodities
- Experience with federal contract types, including GSA schedules
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Invoicing processes
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects and deadlines
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use web based applications, such as, Wide Area Workflow, GSA IT Solutions, and GSA Finance websites.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (desired)
