Position Summary |
The Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, implements, and modifies enterprise-level applications, with a focus on identity management technology and integration. This is includes planning, programming, testing, debugging, and installing, within established standards, to support the organization's application systems in relational database, client-server, and internet environments. Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government Secret security clearance to be retained in the position. |
Duties & Responsibilities |
- Drafts and maintains SOP documents for the functional category.
- Develops applications to support the enterprise, including creation of the data models, databases,
- survey/add/update of reuse library, development of interfaces, application control logic, forms (screens),
- objects, reports, queries and menus.
- Manages the full range of a server operating system, to include deployment, configuration, performance
- tuning, and maintaining of multiple server operating systems.
- Manages the full range of an application to include deployment, configuration, performance tuning, and
- maintaining of multiple types of applications.
- Prepare, update, and distribute end-user and/or system operator's manuals that contain the product design
- and procedures and other relevant information necessary to use and administer the system.
- Updates and distributes on-line help facilities, technical manuals, SOPs, and maintain automation
- documentation.
- Other duties as required.

Education & Experience Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- DoD Programs experience
- Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
- Clearance Level: Secret
- Certification: CompTIA Security , Microsoft or Linux certification
