What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR Client Service Representative Travel Coordinator position at LEADER Worldwide?

Exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic growing business serving corporate executives, athletes, entertainers and elite travelers. Travel Coordinator will serve as central coordinator for all activities to reserve transportation for clients traveling locally and in over 500 cities worldwide. Office and travel agency experienced preferred.

Core Competencies

Answer phone calls and emails, handle accordingly

Take Reservations via phone, email, or online and enter Client Profiles

Handle quotes with detailed information and accuracy.

Make outgoing sales calls to increase revenue and get referral business.

Assist in marketing, sales and promoting the mission, service, and objectives of the company

General Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Travel industry experience preferred

Previous office experience

Detail oriented, ability to multi-task

Active usage with Microsoft® applications, internet and social media sites

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $12.00 to $16.00 / hour
