Position Overview:
We are seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to act as an independent sales representative while supporting the CEO in strategic initiatives, including meeting preparation, treatment demonstrations, and managing high-profile accounts. This individual will also oversee UltraSculpt’s presence at trade shows and industry conferences, ensuring seamless operations and meaningful engagements with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and top clients.

The ideal candidate will excel in sales, relationship management, and event coordination, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable traveling frequently in the Tri-State area and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Independent Sales and Business Development:

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients, including medical spas, dermatology clinics, and plastic surgery centers.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging deep product knowledge and consultative selling strategies.

CEO Support and Strategic Engagements:

  • Organize and prepare for the CEO’s meetings and treatment demonstrations with KOLs and important clients.
  • Accompany the CEO on client visits and at industry events to ensure smooth operations and impactful engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders to streamline communication and follow-up actions.

Product Demonstrations and Training:

  • Conduct compelling demonstrations of the UltraSculpt device, showcasing its features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in training clients on device operation, maintenance, and treatment techniques.
  • Provide post-demo reports and feedback to improve future presentations.

Trade Show and Event Management:

  • Oversee UltraSculpt booths at trade shows and industry conferences, ensuring professional representation and engagement.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and managing client interactions.
  • Represent LeaderMed alongside the CEO, promoting products and building relationships with industry leaders.

Key Account Management and Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients and decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with clients' business objectives and patient needs.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Provide actionable insights to support company strategy and product development.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical aesthetics sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to travel frequently in the Tri-State area and occasionally beyond.
  • Familiarity with non-invasive aesthetic devices is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while supporting strategic initiatives.

Compensation:

  • Contract-based with uncapped commission potential.
