As the Strategic Project Manager, you will support initiatives from the concept of the promotional marketing campaign through to final execution. This will include idea generation, merchandise sourcing, presentation creation, international order processing and procurement, all while communicating with high-profile clients.

Core Responsibilities
- Determining and defining a project scope and objectives, owning the entire product development process with our oversees vendor partners.
- Effectively communicating with various stakeholders; eliminating blockers and potential risks; documenting projects process using various project management tools
- Execute daily tasks including product inquiries & development, pricing, timeline management, and overall product development process.
- Provide sales team product quotes, timelines, and production updates
- Communicating clearly and concisely holding sourcing partners accountable for quality expectations and compliance requirements.
- Critically ensuring that projects remain on schedule with ever changing priorities
- Organize and review sample merchandise stock
- Collect and present to Director of Sourcing quarterly new product trends from oversees partners.
- Manage CRM and Overseas Project Tracker to provide order updates and met project deadlines
- Supervise work performed to ensure it meets company standards and quality plan. Review drawings and specifications for constructability, completeness, and quality standards.
- Be adaptable to changing priorities with short notice and be independently resourceful as needed
- Have a strong understanding of international order shipping and freight polices, labels, and testing Strong logistics knowledge of international shipping verbiage: FOB shipping point, CPT, DDP and Ex-Works
- Understanding of imports characteristics: Taxes, Tariffs, Duties
- Understanding of UPC barcode labels and care tag labels
- Upbeat and energetic personality with desire to learn
- Bachelor’s Degree in Global Sourcing, Product Development, or Retail Merchandising or a similar area of concentration is preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint with an emphasis on Excel
- Adapts thinking and solutions to changing circumstances and constraints.
- Strong understanding of the Product Development process
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and remain on deadline
- 1- 3 years Invigorated by a fast-paced environment
- Ability to flex between working independently and within a team setting
- Strong project management skills to keep comprehensive records of processes, procedures, and changes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
