What does a day as an AVP of E-Branch Operations look like?
This position will be responsible for all aspects within our E-Branch. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for contributing to and executing strategic growth for the E-Branch.
- Provides advice, counseling, and solutions through staff and directly to member inquiries.
- Works with the Director of E-Branch Operations to exceed credit union goals.
- Reviews, schedules, trains, directs, develops, motivates, and disciplines all E-Branch Service Agents. Performs frequent employee reviews.
- Monitors call metrics to ensure they are in line with Leaders’ brand standards.
- Observes and reviews phone calls for service quality.
What is the schedule? Our E-Branch hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm on Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm. While the hours for this role are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, it is a leadership role which may require some work outside of those times. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.
Does your skillset and experience line up? For this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has 5 years of related or relevant experience (Call center, Banking, Leadership)
- A college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
- Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
