We are seeking Fleet Mechanic with experience and proficiency with Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (IDSS) or advanced understanding of other diagnostic software. This individual’s day to day will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of diesel vehicles and equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Fleet Mechanic experience
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections and ensures the timely and effective repair of any problems identified during an inspection.
- Performs proficient inspection, diagnosis and moderately complex repair of assigned vehicles
- Advises supervisor immediately if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the Standard Repair Times
- Must have Valid Driver’s license & clean driving record
Highly Desired
- Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs. Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (IDSS)
